I’m Julia - yoga teacher, postpartum doula and Ayurvedic wellness guide. I believe that the wellbeing of a baby begins with the wellbeing of the mother. My work is focused on nourishing mothers, mind-body-spirit, so they can nourish their babies. At Mother’s Energy, I help women before and after birth with yoga, bodywork, nourishment, education and support.
