Ayurveda Basics - understand the principals of Ayurveda like the doshas, prana, agni and ojas and how they influence your pregnancy and postpartum
Grounding & Regulation - discover easy ways to reduce stress, settle your nervous system and help you feel safe again while preparing for birth and then taking care of a baby
Therapeutic Yoga & Yoga Nidra - stretch your body in a slow, gentle way reducing aches and pains and find rest with the guided practice of yoga nidra (yogic sleep)
Daily Rhythms & Ritual - learn sustainable rhythms and a daily flow that help you create time for the self care that you need

My first yoga training was in 2013 at Sonic Yoga and I went on study children’s yoga and perinatal yoga at various workshops across Philly and New York. I became a student of Uma Dinsmore Tuli in 2019 and attended her Yoni Shakti Well Woman Yoga Therapy training in Kerala India, the birthplace of Ayurveda.
I became a certified Ayurveda Health Coach in 2024 at the Shakti School , the only feminine form Ayurveda training program specializing in women’s health. I completed Ayurveda Mama’s postpartum doula training and abhyanga training in 2023.
I also live this lifestyle myself! My dedicated yoga and Ayurveda practice has absolutely carried me through my own pregnancy, postpartum and mothering journey.

Not at all! This program is designed for beginners and experienced mothers alike. All practices are gentle, accessible, and adaptable to your energy and healing process.

Nope. Everything is online. If you are local and want to add a deeper level of care, Ayurvedic body work sessions are available as an add-on service.
