Nurture You
A Six Week Ayurveda Program to Help New Mothers Heal After Birth and Rediscover Their Energy
The Truth About Postpartum
Postpartum is a tender time where everything slows down and you’re being asked to be totally present with what is - the birth of your baby and this new version of yourself.
But most mothers receive
• no integration
• no real guidance
• no rhythm
• no nourishment
• no emotional holding
• no womb support
• no time to heal
So they feel
• anxious
• fatigued
• emotionally scattered
• depleted
• disconnected
• overwhelmed
• not like themselves
New motherhood is so full on, babies are so needy and everything is new. It’s easy to get lost in the mundane and sacrifice yourself for others. It’s easy to forget who you are. As a postpartum doula, I see this shift happen in the early days. As a mother myself, I feel it deeply. Sometime we don’t get the support we need, so we need to nurture ourselves.
Ancient Ayurvedic texts detail a holistic approach to help women heal after birth. This is done by supporting digestion, rebuilding vitality, promoting calm and helping them find their way back to balance.
So many mothers have shared with me that they haven’t recovered from birth, even years later. Nurture You gives you what should have been offered from the start ~ warmth, rhythm, nourishment, and connection.

What women say when working with me…
“Julia was like a soft place to land coming home from the hospital. She taught me so much about supportive Ayurvedic herbs and foods in the postpartum time.”
“Her calming yet assuring energy was much needed at that time and helped me navigate the transition. The traditional Ayurvedic bodywork and meals she provided helped me to heal quickly and emotionally regulate when I needed it the most.”
“She supported us for six weeks postpartum and was truly a source of calm, nourishment, and compassion during that vulnerable time.”
