Nurture You

An Ayurvedic Program for New Mothers

Next Round Starts November 2025

Nurture You is a chance to tune into the simple wisdom of Ayurveda and support your well being in the first year of motherhood. From November to January, we’ll work together during the colder months - a time of rest and renewal- to nourish your body, align with nature’s rhythms, and rediscover your energy.

This program is designed for mothers who are :

  • navigating the first years of their baby’s life

  • feeling depleted or disconnected from themselves

  • wanting to find hormonal balance after birth

  • curious about Ayurveda but unsure where to begin

  • desiring community, wisdom and a guide you trust

You’ll receive guidance on foods, herbs, movement, nervous system regulation and rituals to help you feel nurtured and grounded.
