An Ayurvedic Program for New Mothers

Next Round Starts November 2025

Nurture You is a chance to tune into the simple wisdom of Ayurveda and support your well being in the first year of motherhood. In this six week program, we’ll work together so you can nourish your body, align with nature’s rhythms, and rediscover your energy.

A Spiral Of Support

Week One : Ayurvedic Consultation 

We’ll meet for a thorough and intuitive session where we look at your birth and immediate postpartum experience, digestion, energy, sleep, stress, and menstrual cycle, if it’s back yet.  You’ll gain clarity around your dosha (mind body type) and imbalances from an Ayurvedic perspective.

Week Two :  Regulation & Rest

Process your birth and learn how to access deep rest while mothering a baby. This is the first step to feeling whole again. You will learn how to practice restorative techniques such as abhyanga and yoga nidra so you can find small pockets of peace in the midst of the sleep/change/feed cycle.

Week Three : Nourishment With Foods & Herbs

Food is medicine and what you eat matters but also how you eat and if you digest it well.  Digestion is everything in Ayurveda. Focus on the foods that are simple, blood building, full of fats and protein, and supportive to your milk supply if you’re breastfeeding. Season your foods with digestive spices and incorporate herbs into your diet that are nutritive and healing.  

Week Four : Pelvic & Womb Care

The pelvis changes after birth and you may feel really disconnected from your body.  Discover the art of yoni steaming  as a healing ritual. This practice brings circulation and lubrication to the pelvic area and tones the tissues which is supremely helpful if you tore during birth. You will also learn gentle pelvic mapping and womb massage to release tension. This week will also touch on balancing the hormonal changes that happen in the first year postpartum.

Week Five : Slow Flow Yoga & Movement

 Postpartum yoga helps find your way back to you, mind/body/spirit. Slow flow yoga is grounding, gentle and helps you move energy so you can recalibrate, relieve stress and tune in.  Pranayama (breathwork) centers you and helps you find your calm. Movement practices will also include core activations so you can start to regain strength in an easeful way, in your own timing. 

Week Six : Establish Your Rhythm 

Dinacharya is your daily routine and an integral part of Ayurvedic living and in early motherhood, everything is changing. We’ll meet for a final session to co create a rhythm full of small rituals in alignment with the seasons, the moon cycles and you and your baby’s needs. This rhythm will be influenced by your unique Ayurvedic constitution and your personal day to day life so you can find time for self care and nurture you.

  • freshly postpartum or somewhere in the first year of baby’s life

  • feeling depleted or disconnected from themselves

  • interested in gentle practices that support healing and self care

  • curious about Ayurveda but unsure where to begin

  • desiring wisdom and a guide you trust

FAQ

  • We start the first week of November. Once you’re accepted, I’ll reach out to schedule our first consultation.

  • This program includes 45 minutes consultations with me each week plus resources for your journey. This includes videos, pdfs, and guided exercises to support each week’s focus.

  • Nope. Our consultations are held virtually on zoom. If you are local and want to add a deeper level of care, Ayurvedic body work sessions are available as an add-on service.

  • Not at all! This program is designed for beginners and experienced mothers alike. All practices are gentle, accessible, and adaptable to your energy and healing process.

  • Yes but with some adjustments. Certain practices like yoni steaming should be done once bleeding has slowed down. C section recovery will be considered in all movement and abdominal work but we’ll make sure to adjust the practices to you and your needs in our 1:1 consultations

  • You’ll have ongoing support through voice notes and messaging. If something comes up in between sessions or you need guidance I’m just a message away.

  • This program is $399. You can pay in full or opt for three payments of $133 to make it easier to prioritize your wellness postpartum.
